David Krupinski

Author, composer and performer, navigating between different musical styles, his passion for melody has brought him on stage and in studio for nearly 30 years. A member of the electro collective Wide Open Cage in the early 2000s, he worked with the cinema with soundtracks for Ken Loach (Sweet 16), Michael Reymer (Quenn of the damned) and television (Rastignac or the ambicieux).

From “Miroda” to a new reading by Brazilian poet Hilda Hilst, to “The Bilbao Gaga Memories” where a depressed cowboy seeks his identity against a background of folk/blues, or multiple collaborations with Dj Click, (albums RFI Japan 2020, Turkey, New wave.) stories are omnipresent in his compositions.
